TOUCH - Neon Base #03, 13ml

TOUCH Neon Base #03, 13ml is a light neon orange colored camouflage base that brings bright citrus-inspired color and nail leveling into one product. Its vibrant orange tone creates an energetic manicure while the pigmented base helps visually smooth the nail plate and conceal minor imperfections.

Why It Can Save a Color Step

A traditional service may require a clear base followed by separate orange gel polish. Neon Base #03 provides leveling and saturated color together, so after the required foundation layer it can become the main visible coating.

The medium consistency lightly self-levels and stays controlled during application. It covers the free edge and can be leveled using a small drop of material.

Try #03 for:

→ Light neon orange full-color nails
→ Citrus-inspired summer manicures
→ Orange French tips and accents
→ Neon color-block designs
→ Orange-and-pink combinations
→ High-contrast graphic nail art

Application Flow

Prep + dehydrate → apply primer/ultrabond if required → add a thin rubbing layer of clear elastic base → cure → level with Neon Base #03 → cure for at least 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp → refine the edge if needed → finish with top coat.
