TOUCH - Decor Top 04, 13ml

About TOUCH - Decor Top 04, 13ml

Decor Top 04 is the silver version of the TOUCH shimmer top: a glossy, no-wipe finish with a micro-dispersed silver glow and light, shiny particles. It is applied over gel polish or a camouflage base to add a delicate shine. The listing says the particles do not rise above the nail, so the surface stays smooth after curing.

Where It Fits

The listing recommends it over nude, milky and beige coatings, over cool gel polish shades, and over saturated colors that need a light silvery tint. It suits solid-color manicures with no complex decoration, and the small shimmer reads as understated, even for office wear.

Curing and Finishing

Remove the sticky layer from the previous material, apply the top in a thin layer, and level it with a small drop if needed. Cure for 120 seconds in a 48 W LED lamp. There is no dispersion layer, so no cleanser is needed. After a 1-2 minute cool-down, file the free edge and apply cuticle oil.

Good to Know

• The shimmer settles evenly and self-levels quickly
• The glossy finish is described as lasting up to 4 weeks of wear
• It adds a silver accent to a finished color in a single step

Questions

Do the particles sink to the bottom?

They can over time. Roll the bottle between your palms before use. The listing advises against shaking it, to avoid bubbles.

Can a clear top go over it?

It is not required. The listing says a clear layer can deepen the gloss and give the shimmer an “under glass” look.

Can it seal sliders and nail art?

Yes. Fine details may look slightly softer under the shimmer, according to the listing.
