TOUCH - Decor Top 03, 13ml

TOUCH Decor Top 03 is a glossy finishing top coat with a fine, micro-dispersed golden shimmer and no sticky layer. It goes over gel polish or a camouflage base and gives the manicure a warm, delicate glow. The listing says the particles do not stand up from the nail surface, so the cured finish stays smooth.

Why Technicians Use It

• The shimmer settles evenly and does not create texture
• Self-levels quickly
• Adds a gold accent to a finished color in a single step
• A glossy finish that, per the listing, lasts up to 4 weeks of wear

Works Well Over

• Nude, milky and beige colors
• Warm gel polish shades
• Saturated colors that need a light golden tint
• Solid-color manicures without complex decoration

Cure and Finish

1. Finish the color layers and remove the sticky layer from the previous material.
2. Apply TOUCH Decor Top 03 in a thin layer. Level the surface with a small drop if needed.
3. Cure for 120 seconds in a 48 W LED lamp.
4. No cleanser is needed, since there is no sticky layer.
5. Let the nail cool for 1-2 minutes, then file the free edge and apply cuticle oil.

Questions

Does the shimmer settle in the bottle?

It can. Roll the bottle between your palms before use. The listing advises against shaking it, to avoid bubbles.

Is a clear top needed over it?

Not required. The listing says a clear layer on top can deepen the gloss and give the shimmer a “under glass” look.

Can it go over sliders and designs?

Yes. The listing says it can seal a design, and that fine details may look slightly softer under the shimmer.
