Create a deep, expressive manicure with TOUCH Cover Base Rain. This pigmented camouflage nail base features a sophisticated blue shade inspired by the cool tones of the autumn season. The rich color can be used as a standalone coating or as a foundation for creative nail designs.

The Cover Base formula is designed specifically for application in two thin layers. This technique allows the pigment to build gradually while keeping the coating controlled and properly cured.

A brushless formula for precise application

TOUCH Cover Base Rain comes in a wide-neck jar without a built-in brush. This format gives nail technicians the freedom to choose their preferred professional brush and adapt the application technique to the nail shape and desired architecture.

The base has a medium-acid formula and saturated pigmentation. It is not intended for traditional leveling with a large bead of material. Instead, the manufacturer recommends working with a small amount of product and building the coverage in two stages.

This approach makes the base particularly useful for:

Recommended application technique

The application method is an important part of working with this base.

1. Prepare the natural nail plate using the standard manicure procedure.

2. Apply a thin supporting layer of a flexible base, such as Airy Base or Rubber Base.

3. Cure the supporting layer and remove the sticky layer.

4. Apply a thin layer of TOUCH Cover Base Rain, paying particular attention to the cuticle area and sidewalls. A separate thin brush can be used for precise detailing.

5. Cure for at least 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

6. Apply a small amount of the base using the “wet floor” technique, distributing the product with rubbing brush movements.

7. Cure the second layer.

8. Finish the manicure with a suitable top coat.

Avoid applying a large amount of material for standard leveling, as the manufacturer specifically warns that an excessive layer may not cure properly.
