What Makes Cover Base Work

How to Apply

1. Complete standard nail prep — shape with a file, buff the surface
2. Address the cuticle: push back with a pusher after softening with remover, trim with nippers or scissors, or combine with a drill
3. Apply Cover Base 19 and cure in a UV/LED lamp for 30-60 seconds
4. Continue building your chosen design on top
5. Finish with cuticle oil around the nail area
