The neutral entry in the Shine Bright lineup. Where #1, #2, and #3 each carry a distinct tint — lilac, sky blue, pink — #4 stays plain milky white, letting the pearl rub-on effect itself do all the visual work rather than sharing the spotlight with a color.

Application:

1. Complete nail prep — shape, buff, address the cuticle
2. Degrease the nail plate
3. Apply a primer for adhesion
4. Apply Shine Bright 4 in a leveling layer, building shape and apex as needed
5. Cure according to your lamp type
6. File and shape
7. Seal with a top coat, cure again
8. Finish with cuticle oil around the nail
