TOUCH - Builder Gel Shine Bright 3, 15ml (w/b)

Gentle milky pink, but with something the first two shades in this collection don't have — a genuine mirror-like pearl rub-on effect, rather than a soft, blended shimmer. Where #1's lilac and #2's blue read as translucent, glowing tones, #3 pushes the reflective quality further, closer to a chrome finish than a simple pearl glow.

That mirror effect is the whole point here. Instead of light diffusing softly through the gel the way it does with #1 and #2, it bounces back more directly — a noticeably different optical character within the same Shine Bright family.

Application:

1. Complete nail prep — shape, buff, address the cuticle
2. Degrease the nail plate
3. Apply a primer for adhesion
4. Apply Shine Bright 3 in a leveling layer, building shape and apex as needed
5. Cure according to your lamp type
6. File and shape
7. Seal with a top coat, cure again
8. Finish with cuticle oil around the nail

Is #3's mirror effect stronger than the shimmer in #1 or #2? Yes — #3 is built specifically around a mirror-like pearl reflection, giving it a more chrome-adjacent finish than the softer, glowing shimmer in the other two shades.
