Wear and Removal

Wear time runs 2.5–4 weeks depending on length — longer nails may see a shorter window. Tips remove by filing or soaking, and correction is possible if the tip still covers the ingrown areas and the nail hasn't deformed.

How to Apply

1. Trim and shape the natural nail, buff to matte, complete a manicure
2. Degrease with LUNAmoon Nail Prep, apply primer if needed
3. Apply Rubber, Marker, or Fix Base, cure 60 seconds
4. Select and fit the correct tip size, positioning it slightly away from the cuticle
5. Treat the tip's contact area with Nail Prep, apply Marker or Fix Base, cure
6. Shape as desired, refining the cuticle transition with a diamond or TVS bit
7. Apply base coat, cure 120 seconds
8. Apply top coat, cure 120 seconds — don't buff afterward, to preserve shine

Reinforcing with hard materials isn't recommended, as it may cause lifting.

Correction

Remove coating down to the tip, clear any lifting with a drill bit, buff to matte, adjust length and shape, then repeat the prep and coating steps above.
