Layering in Brief
Apply a thin underlayer of a rubber or fix base and keep its sticky layer. Level with Cover Base #35, file the shape, then wipe off the sticky layer. Finish with a top coat that is left unwiped. A primer is optional, and is not needed when the underlayer is acidic enough. The base can be warmed to make it thinner.
