Deep purple, jelly-textured — Licorice Jelly Beans closes out the Excel Classics Collection with the boldest, darkest color of the whole 16-shade lineup, after a run of sheer nudes, beiges, and soft pinks.

What "jelly" means here: rather than a flat, matte-finish deep purple, this shade carries a translucent, jewel-toned depth — closer to how a jelly candy looks when light passes through it, giving the color genuine dimension rather than a solid block of dark purple.

That depth carries a slight brownish undertone as well, keeping it from reading as a straightforward cool violet — part of what gives it the "licorice" character in its name.

Formula facts: TPO and HEMA-free, cure time LED 20-30 seconds / UV 60 seconds, 10ml.

Application:

1. Prep the nail — remove dead skin and loose cuticle, buff lightly, wipe away moisture with alcohol
2. Apply a Kokoist Base Gel and cure (optional second coat for durability)
3. Apply BC-80 Licorice Jelly Beans, curing under UV/LED — apply additional thin coats to deepen the jelly effect
4. Seal with Kokoist Top Coat Gel, cure

Care notes: keep gel off the skin and cuticle, store out of direct light at room temperature, and use a strong curing unit to avoid lifting or peeling from under-curing.
