How It Differs from BC-59 and BC-60

Where BC-59 and BC-60 build their sparkle around large holographic and silver glitter pieces, Sugar Flash uses a finer, more diffused "flash" glitter effect — reading as a brilliant, whitish sparkle rather than distinct chunky particles.
