How to Use

1. Take the dose into your palm: about a teaspoon from the 250ml bottle, or one pump from the 946ml bottle.
2. Massage onto the feet and legs in upward circular motions.
3. Add a little water to emulsify, if you like.
4. Rinse and pat dry.

For a mask, leave a layer on the skin for 3-5 minutes, then rinse (250ml usage guidance).
