How to Apply

1. Apply a coat of DNKa Rubber Base or Fiber Base, curing under an LED/hybrid lamp for 60 seconds (2 minutes UV).
2. Apply Cover Base #0010B Ukrainian as a leveling layer, curing under LED/hybrid lamp for 60 seconds (2 minutes UV).
3. Finish with a DNKa No Wipe or Matt No Wipe Top for a glossy or matte effect.
