How to Apply

1. Complete standard nail prep — shape with a file, buff the surface
2. Address the cuticle: soften with remover, push back with a pusher, trim with nippers or scissors, or perform a combined manicure with a drill
3. Degrease the nail plate
4. Apply Cover Base Blue and cure in a UV/LED lamp
5. Continue with your chosen design, or seal with a top coat for a finished look
6. Hydrate the cuticle with oil
