Luna Cover Base #33 is an elastic camouflage base designed for nail strengthening, leveling, and decorative coating. The formula contains pigment and fine glitter particles, allowing nail technicians to create a beautiful, natural-looking manicure while reinforcing the nail plate. This multifunctional base provides both structure and color coverage, making it ideal for salon services and professional nail work.

Thanks to its high pigmentation, Luna Cover Base #33 effectively masks imperfections of the natural nail, such as uneven tone or discoloration. The elastic formula adapts to the natural flexibility of the nail plate, helping prevent lifting and ensuring a long-lasting manicure that can last up to 3–4 weeks.

Important: This base is not recommended for leveling long nails without prior reinforcement. The recommended thickness for leveling is approximately 0.5 mm.

Application Method

1. Remove previous coating. Do not file nail shape; alternatively leave about 2 mm extra length to adjust after leveling.

2. Lightly file the nail surface using a 220 grit file or a 100 grit buffer to lift nail plate flakes.

3. Perform manicure preparation. If removers were used, wash hands with soap and water.

4. Degrease nails using Nail Prep LUNAmoon with two passes. Use 4 wipes total (one wipe for 5 fingers). Clean cuticle area and sidewalls using an orangewood stick wrapped with a wipe.

5. Apply Rubber Base underlay with a flat gel brush using rubbing movements. Cure for 60 seconds.

6. Remove the sticky layer.

7. Apply Luna Cover Base #33 for leveling. Cure in lamp for 90 seconds.

8. Remove dust and check free edge thickness. If nails are thin, file about 1 mm of the natural nail from the center to prevent curling.

9. Remove stickiness again and apply gel polish or a thin camouflage base layer if desired.

10. Apply top coat and cure for 120 seconds. Do not wipe after curing to maintain shine.

Lamp requirement: 36–48 W UV/LED lamp (original professional lamp recommended).

Storage

Shelf life: 24 months.
After opening: store and use within 18 months.
